What is Health Coaching?

Health Coaching is about inspiring habit change in people. It is all the work that happens between doctors visits. It is also what hopefully keeps you from needing to go to the doctor in the first place (or later). It is about helping individuals identify their goals, actions steps to get there, and checking in on the progress along the way. It is about being an empathetic accountability partner that helps you move from point A to point B (or find some other more empowering route).
